The Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers problems
  • Deployment of Office365 solutions to customers
  • Support Office365 tickets as opened in the helpdesk partal
  • Provide training to customers on Office365 capabilities
  • Support the marketing team on Office365 technical issues
  • Sever administration
  • Test and document software
  • Database management
  • All tasks concerning the installation, migration and support of a sever system
  • Microsoft Cloud products installation and support


Requirements
We want to hear from you if:
  • You are able to commit to completing full time internship for 6 months
  • You are currently in education or have graduated from an Undergraduate or Postgraduate course within the last 12 months
  • You have a BA/B.Sc in a Business related or IT degree
  • You have right to work in the country in which you are currently located
A technical intern should have:
