Job Title: Batching Plant In Charge Executive

Function/Domain: Plant Operations (PO)


  • Position Description

To provide management support for all production activities at the refinery, supervise all production lines and provide training for the manufacturing personnel.

  • Job Responsibilities

To provide management support for all production activities at the refinery, supervise all production lines and provide training for the manufacturing personnel.
Ensuring effective management of production lines of all batching plant concurrently. Assuring good quality of concrete production.



Liaising with the consumer (concrete required by) for timely supply of concrete.
Controlling & Monitoring over time and enhancing efficient overhaul of batching plants.
Adhering to Safety Norms and guidelines.

  • Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies

10 years’ experience in Running Batching plants including All Aspects of Safety, Production & Maintenance. Civil/ Mechanical - Diploma / Degree Engineer.
